How to report
Use Report a mistake on any scheme page, or the Report a mistake link in the footer. Choose the kind of problem: wrong benefit, wrong eligibility, broken link, wrong deadline, missing information or something else. Add a link to the official page if you have one.
What we do with a report
A person opens the official source and compares it with our page. A report alone never changes a scheme. Changes to eligibility, amounts, dates or links are made only after the official source confirms them.
When the official sources disagree
We do not guess. The scheme is marked as needing verification and the page says so.
How long it takes
We aim to look at every report, but we cannot promise a fixed time. Always check the official source yourself before you rely on any detail.
