Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)

What it does

EPFO runs the provident fund and pension schemes for employees in organised workplaces, under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. Members and pensioners use its member portal for PF services and its grievance system for complaints. A toll free helpline is available.
