Main eligibility conditions
- Must belong to a listed group such as SC or ST, disability of 40 percent or more, BPL ration card, MGNREGA job card, Kisan Samman Nidhi, or family income below Rs 8 lakh.
- Registration is allowed up to 270 days after childbirth.
- Second child benefit is only for a girl.
